Where the business must be
Unincorporated Los Angeles County. The vendor must operate on sidewalks in an unincorporated area of Los Angeles County and live within Los Angeles County. The County's district locator must show the vending location as unincorporated.
Basic eligibility
Applicants must be self-employed food or merchandise sidewalk vendors operating no more than one cart, have started before March 2023, meet the household-income and COVID-impact rules, and either hold or seek the required County vending registration and related permits.
